About

about1Kristin Ponzi is an Expert Myofascial Release Therapist, and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Ohio since 2002.

After earning her degree in Business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio she worked in a corporate setting, but felt that her time and talents were better suited to a profession where she could connect with and help others. While still working full time, Kristin decided to pursue massage therapy because it had always been an interest of hers. She graduated with honors from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine (formerly Massage Away Inc, School of Therapy), completed her licensure exam, and has been happily touching peoples’ lives ever since.

In 2009, after taking her first two Myofascial Release courses from John F. Barnes, PT, Kristin shifted her career to include that modality as a specialty. In continuing to take courses in Myofascial Release, she discovered that it was truly a missing link in hands on treatment.

She is a Level II Reiki Practitioner, and is also certified in the ARōMATOUCH Technique.

Kristin lives in Westerville, Ohio with her husband, Joe, and their daughter.
